We don’t heal from perfection
The yearning only intensifies.
Wishing, wanting, needing, lusting
Elongated through the annals of time.
The truth negates your struggle
And we are indivisible.
Connected in our every thought
Infiltrating our psyches seamlessly.
Infinite tasks beg our attention
But we are only consumed with one another.
All day long you finish my sentences
As I feel the deepest parts of you without end.
Your love haunts me like a beacon in a storm
Summoning my inner parts to cradle you through the night.
Surrendering to each other is the calling on our lives
Our hearts have found their homes, and we are vacant no more.
